Samsung Galaxy U Officially Launches in Korea

Samsung Galaxy U, also known as SHW-M130L on LG U+ (LG Telecom), is now finally available in Korea. Galaxy U Android 2.1 smartphone comes with S5PC111 (Hummingbird) chip, a 3.7-inch AMOLED Plus WVGA multitouch screen, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, a 5MP autofocus Camera with 720p HD video recording, GPS.

Like the Samsung Wave, the Galaxy U can also play video formats such as DivX, XviD, MKV and FLV. On audio format upfront, Galaxy U flawlessly handles files formats like FLAC and OGG in addition to common formats like MP3, WMA and AAC. In Korea, the phone comes bundled with an 8GB microSD card that the slot supports microSD cards up to 32GB.
